Wow Kyoto was nice! So many mountains it reminded me of back home.
I took the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto, it took about a little over 2 hours. But it was nice I have tons of photos and a little bit of Video as well.
The main reason I went was for a Doll meet up 4(including myself)of us went Most where JETs, First we took the Romantic train and it was short but lots of fun then we went to Tenshi no Sato, and it was so much fun!
Then we had some all you can eat pizza and then had a blast with karaoke! It had been a while since I last had done it, I had so much fun!
I also stayed the night a ones house, She lives in Kamioka.
So Today 3 of us went to a Second hand store in Kamioka, Wow! such great stuff, my best find was was a Volks Resin Figure, like the one that you put togeather and paint.
The character is Sakurai Asahi from Comic Party(I was like YES! Get!) Which was not painted or put together and all the bits are there, guess how much it was?
Also what was more expensive...
A one way Shink ticket(from Tokyo to Kyoto) or Sending 4 boxes home?
This is it my last night in Japan, tomorrow I fly out.
I am going to get up early and get some stuff done. So the next time I check in I might be in Canada.
Good Night!

Hey Jason, don't worry about the Customs. Just add up your receipts and put it down, in yen, and they'll ask you questions, if they want. As long as the number is under 750, they don't care. If the number isn't under 750, then remove some packing and turf some receipts. Literally, I went through a week or so ago, and they just looked at the sheet, stamped it, and passed me through. All she said to me was "purpose of your trip...?" "cruise" "okay, thank you.." You then pick up your bags, and walk through...they really don't care how much you bought. Van airport is a very busy place.

Sayonara Tokyo! I never knew you were hiding so many weird dolls in your high-tech concrete canyons.
Hello Victoria -- and 2% unemployment. We're apparently having a labour shortage, so you should have no trouble getting a job once you get back here.
Enjoy your trip!
